This man who’s known to volunteer as Santa Claus is accused of driving with a crack pipe in his car. After a search of the vehicle, police say they also found his costume in plain view and more drug paraphernalia, including a hypodermic needle. Cops say they arrested Charles Smith from New Jersey, who now faces drug charges following the traffic stop. (From You Tube description)
